Startup Day - a free introductory course about how to start a company in Norway

Startup Day is free and is aimed at all foreigners coming to Norway to establish a company. Startup Day consists of two parts. First a business startup seminar in English language (as outlined below) between 9am-12noon which provides an introduction to the most important aspects of setting up a business in Norway. In the second part which starts appr. 12.15pm the seminar participants get a chance to speed-date with the Business Advisors at Næringsetaten, discussing matters of relevance. Participants can choose whether they participate the whole Startup Day or if they choose to only partake in part 1 from 9am to 12noon. Registration for speed-dating will take place on Startup Day and is limited to participants registering in advance for the arrangement.
