Entrepreneurs’ Week is a special event tailored to those who are in the starting stages of establishing their own company, or who have been running a company for a while and require more basic business competence. Entrepreneurs’ Week consists of three evenings covering how to write a business plan, the basics of marketing, and the art of selling. The course targets new entrepreneurs and companies new to the Norwegian market.
Entrepreneurs' Week spring 2013 is over.
It is possible to sign up for single evenings:
Evening 1: The Business Plan
A business plan is a formal statement of a set of business goals, the reasons they are believed attainable, and the plan for reaching those goals. This evening gives an overview of what a business plan is and how it can help you to build your business.
Evening 2: Marketing
Marketing is the building of a relationship between a company, a product, and a customer, by understanding the value of the customers needs. Who are your potential customers? How many of them are there, and how much will they buy? How can your key customers’ buying process be described? How much are your customers willing to pay for your products/services? How can you optimize your promotions? How, and where, can you find market information? This evening is targeted at an audience new to Norwegian market mechanisms.
Evening 3: The art of selling
For every company it is crucial to master the art of selling. The selling process has implied rules and identifiable stages. This evening gives you an introduction in how to organise your sales activities, and in the best ways to communicate the benefits of buying your products or services in the Norwegian market.
